Charismatic actually takes of the charisma. Charisma in Cambridge Dictionary are defined as

Charisma stems from the Greek, “Charis”, which means gift or talent; according to the mythology, the Gods given special powers in particular people so they can perform more beautiful.

Because charisma is one of the ability of which have been people see in us, but it needs to develop. Charisma same as talent, when we have had the features that others will give inviolable for it.

How to improve Charisma?
Having confidence. Someone who of a charismatic usually have higher rates of narsism unusually high in being of can help draw attention he sent all the rest. That means someone born with natural charisma still needs to do some charismatic technique if you want to maximize its influence

Why students should improve their Charisma?
Because students are people who still have to learn a lot, and still need guidance. They must increase their charisma because they are people who have not found the identity, so they need help from the surrounding environment. They should be given the opportunity to practice what they like and which are their abilities, so that the charisma can grow within them.

BEING CHARISMATIC LEADER
Many activities can be done at university or at school, for example follow extracurricular or join in clubs and communities. Before becoming a leader, a student must first become a dedicated member of the organization by actively participating with its activities and partaking the organizational goal by realizing it with the group. A member does not only realize their goal but actively joins the group in attaining it.
After becoming an active member, it is then important for a student to be given the opportunity to become the leader of their organization. And this is where being a charismatic leader takes place. The student should be able to lead others based on personal charm, magnetism to group members, inspiration and emotion.
 First, He/ She must maintain the quality of becoming a visionary who effectively leads the group to the right path that they percieve. Being able to give a sense of vision among members would then help inspire them to perform their tasks well. This also entails being able to inspire trust among members of their organization.
 Second, he/ she must also be able to manage their impression well. A good leader is capable of building and maintaining  their name in every situation that they encounter. Maintaining a good name and dignity among constituents and the people in the university will help build a good name not only for the leader but will also affect the reputation of the organization.
 Third, a leader must also develop becoming a extrovert by becoming free-spirited, spontaneous, friendly and outgoing. They are also energetic in the sense that they serve as a role model among the group in showing enthusiasm in attaining their tasks and goals.
 Lastly, the student leader must become action and output oriented since only then that the institution will be able to measure the leader’s effectivity through the groups outputs and accomplishments
After doing these activities that will help the student become a charismatic leader, he/ she must be able to maintain it through different manners. In doing so, he/ she can establish a good working relationship not only to members but also to new personalities among their institution. This will not only benefit the leader, but it will also help the group in establishing a good reputation. After which, the leader must also maintain his reputation as a good leader by keeping their group performance and exceeding it the best way possible. Lastly, the leader must be able to determine new leadership trends that would help him/ her cope with different personalities among his/ her constituents. This can be done through research or seminar workshops which focuses on effective student leadership. The following ways would be of utmost help in building potential but capable leaders of the country’s future workforce.

To get work done or worry about how your team is feeling?

In this case it is, better consider a delicate manner that did not hurt the group. In any group, sure there are problems and there is to blame. To reach a target, purpose, or goals, of course we have to compact with our team, one of his keep the counterparts in the group. Or when he is wrong, it is that necessary, but we also have to think of the people feelings, that the target or goals we can be achieved in accordance with the plan.

To work on a project, we have to follow the work on the team and we will meet those who. And the need to reach in the way of that, must be project will be together and there must be a differences of opinion and of thought , and that they certainly must be sought a middle way to achieve the first goal of. Each of us cannot bring their ego, or their own initiative, but we should thoughtful of others. Well that is when we have to the cooperation is necessary by not hurt each other in expressing an opinion.

For example, in a company garment will be made projects says garage sale, because the company will market new products from their companies. And meeting was organized attended all employees. When the moderator provides an opportunity to the opinion or advice. One of their employees said that it is better to sell that product when a holiday in the department of store or on plaza, because it will crowded visitors. But there were also some that advises to sell online, largely through advertising and they shall no need to work too hard to come to the location the purchase. Both of that suggestions are good, and how our attitude to comment on the recommendations.

In a team may not always pleasant, any of you guys agree with co-workers, you definitely find a difference of opinion. To reduce these differences, we have to look at a number of things:
1. The Expectations
Towards work and as a result each member needs to understand why they are placed in one team and what it is purpose.
2. The Commitment
Of each team member will need to have the same commitment, to achieve mission work.
3. Workflow
To verify it, it needs to be seen whether you and your friends already understand the roles and responsibilities of each, in accordance with the role in the team. If there is something that suddenly disrupt workflow, discuss together to anticipate. Don't wait until a problem occurs.
4. Communication
Your team will not be able to work optimal if there is no communication good .For it, you needed to ensure that your relationship with your co-worker based on the communication sincere and genuine. So are superior and company. Make sure the results of team always get feedback from superior and company.
5. A Consequence
Always think a consequence of any action with ourselves, team, and companies have. Reaction to change over time, you and the team can experience various changes. That could have come from team members, interaction with outside, and company policy.

We must also studying to fix the way communicate when he delivered opinion:
1. Cultivate empathy, without empathy we will not care what others feels. Do they feel hurt by what we are talking about?
2. Developed communication assertive. Assertive communication is short communication, clear, honest, and open and delivered by a good way to pay attention to also feelings friend our discussion.
3. Appreciate the opinions of others.
4. If from the discussion you do not find a way out, you could have ended him with appreciate each other with each other, even if you have own views. 

To Infer,
In a community where you are gonna have to:
1. Full insight and understanding in a community necessary and to know intelligent discernment.
In communities of we have to know what the temper of / the character of each division of the families a member of so we have to honor those.
2. Do not know a state of weakness and an excess of among members.

Manager VS Leader: How to Differentiate?

MANAGER

Manager is The person in charge of directing and managing a group to achieve a certain goal.

These are the tasks of a manager:
1.    leading the organization
2.    organize and control the organization.
3.    develop the organization.
4.    overcoming various problems facing the organization.
5.    supervise and control the organization.
6.    cultivate trust.
7.    increase the sense of responsibility.
8.    evaluating the activities of the organization.
9.    explore and develop resources owned by the organization or company.

Manager levels are:
1.    First line management
The first-line managers are the lowest, often known as operational managers. His job is to lead and oversee the non-managerial employees involved in the production process.
2.    Middle management
These middle-level managers are among first line managers and top managers, their duty as a liaison between the two.
3.    Top management
The top manager is in charge of planning the activities and strategies of the organization or company in general and directing the course of the organization or company.

How manager act:
The manager has a job in delivering the job, for example what he asks us to do, and how you solve it. Managers have very detailed properties, and he further reduces the risk, because a manager will think time is money, so when your work finish quickly it will be better. A manager is also more often to give instructions, if we are not sure of what we make, we can confirm what we should doing. A manager also always has a tasks, which is he will stick to the plan so that his tasks will be completed as soon as possible. When we reach our target, it means our mission is successful. All what we do will be seen from the results. And if there is no mass, a manager does not demand something to be improved. If our plan does not work, we have to fix it before we are discharged. And a manager will follow the plan. Managers will more often approve of what we do rather than motivate and also have deadlines. Almost all managers prefer to do with logic rather than trust. And we do it should be right, because for managers "rules are rules".

LEADER

Leader is people who have the ability to influence, motivate and make others contribute to the success of an organization.

Effective leader behavior:
  •  Maintain good attitude.
  •  Creating work discipline.
  •  Provide clear, decisive, complete and appropriate command.
  • Provide a reprimand for task repairs.
  • Accepting suggestions from subordinates.
  • Giving praise and appreciation to subordinates.
  • Strengthen the sense of unity.
  •  Introduce new members if any.
The theories of leadership:

Trait Theory

  • ·       Emotional stability and calm: Calm, confident and predictable especially when under stress.
  • ·       Acknowledge Error: Do not cover the mistake that has been made but acknowledge the error.
  • ·       Good Interpersonal Skills: able to communicate and convince others without using negative and coercive tactics.
  • ·       Extensive knowledge (Intellectual): Able to understand a variety of areas rather than only understanding certain areas or certain knowledge only.

Behavioural Theory

In reaction to the Theory of Personality, Behavioral Theories provides a new perspective on leadership. This theory focuses on the behavior of leaders rather than their mental, physical and social characteristics.

Contingency Theory

Contingency Theory assumes that there is no best way to lead and declare that any leadership style should be based on certain situations and conditions. Based on this Contingency Theory, a person may successfully perform and lead very effectively in certain conditions, circumstances and places, but his leadership performance will decrease when transferred to other situations and conditions or when factors around him have changed.

How the leader act:
The leader has a selling soul, for example "I have an idea, and I believe this idea will be successful". And the leader can determine the direction, the leader will show what we will do. Leader dare to take a decision, actually this is hard for us, but results will be very good. Leader will support their employees and of course have a mission, for example “I like the way you thinking about our project, and we will see how this way will success in our project”. The leader will prepare for the future, for example "everything will be finished and everything will be included in the budget and it will be prepared for the next phase". Leader will looking for the chances and think long term, what happens now whether it can affect in the future. Leader is a creative person and always give the employees motivation. They will share the idea not just assigning tasks. He will trust his employees rather than just assigning tasks. Doing the right thing, the rules do exist to be obeyed, but sometimes there are timing we should get out of the zone.


To sum up, Managers and leaders have different ways of organizing an organization. The leader sets the direction or vision of a company - the leader is responsible for the new direction the company is aiming for. While the manager, set the team and humans who exist within the company in accordance with predefined values and directions.
Managers use more rational methods. How to work to achieve targets, organize what each team member should do. While the leader is more use the heart. Encourage everyone in the company to take part in the company's future plans. How does his idea for the company in the coming years.
